Q: What’s provided with the rental?
A: Free delivery and setup, 50 cups, 50 straws, and Margarita salt.

Q: Can I return a mix if I don’t use it?
A: No, I’m sorry but we cannot accept any returned mix. Health regulations prevent us from taking back perishable food products (mix). However, we will work with you to judge how many mixes you will use at your party to limit wasted mix and alcohol.

Q: How much does it cost to rent a frozen drink machine from Margarita Patrol?
A: If you click on the rentals page of our website, it will show you the different types of machines that we have and the cost for the rental. The rental includes; Free delivery, setup and pickup, 50 cups, 50 straws and margarita salt. Each mix is an additional $15.00 and makes approximately 80, 8oz drinks. Also if you want the attachment that sets on top of the Cracthco 3311 which allows you to have four different flavors of Margaritas (we highly recommend this) it’s an extra $15.00 which covers the cost of juices. For a party of 20 to 50 people you’re generally looking at a total of $125.00 plus tax for everything.

Q: Do you need ice?
A: No ice is needed. The machine will freeze the mix and turn it into perfect slush consistency.

Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Yes. Our delivery people will setup the machine. You simply turn the machine on 30 minutes before the party.

Q: Will your machine over freeze?
A: No. Our machines are regulated not to over freeze.

Q: How many drinks does one batch yield?
A: each batch makes approximately 80-8oz. drinks and will serve approximately 25 people.

Q: Do I need a bartender?
A: No. Our machines are very simple to use. Self-serve is fine.

Q: Who provides the alcohol?
A: You provide the alcohol. Tell us how many guests you are expecting and we can judge how many mixes and how much alcohol you will need.
